قصتنا Our Story
تأسس مصنع الأمل للمواد الغذائية عام 1996 على يد الحاج سليم سقف الحيط (أبو ورد) في بيتونيا – طريق عين عريك، برؤية واضحة لتقديم منتجات غذائية وحلويات بجودة عالية وطعم ثابت يعتمد عليه المستهلك. ومع توسّع العمل وزيادة الطلب، انتقل المصنع إلى موقعه الحالي في نابلس – بيت إيبا ليخدم شريحة أوسع من السوق الفلسطيني. Al-Amal Food Factory was founded in 1996 by Hajj Salim Saqf Al-Heit (Abu Ward) in Beitunia – Ein Arik road, with a clear vision of providing high-quality and reliable food products and sweets. As demand grew, the factory moved to its current location in Nablus – Beit Iba, serving a wider segment of the Palestinian market.
محطات في رحلتنا Milestones in Our Journey
1996: تأسيس المصنع في بيتونيا – طريق عين عريك، وإطلاق أولى المنتجات التقليدية. 1996: Factory established in Beitunia – Ein Arik road and launch of the first traditional products.
2005: توسيع خطوط الإنتاج وإضافة تشكيلات جديدة من الحلويات والسكاكر. 2005: Production lines expanded and new sweets and candy ranges added.
2015: الانتقال إلى مصنع حديث في نابلس – بيت إيبا، مع تحسينات في التخزين والتوزيع. 2015: Relocation to a modern facility in Nablus – Beit Iba, with improved storage and distribution.
اليوم: استمرار تطوير المنتجات مثل راس العبد، خد عروس، السمسمية، الفستقية، جوز الهند والماشميلو، مع المحافظة على الجودة والطعم المعروف. Today: Ongoing development of products such as Ras Al Abd, Khad Arous, sesame and pistachio bars, coconut sweets and marshmallows while maintaining quality and taste.

Our vision is to be one of the leading names in sweets and food manufacturing in Palestine, by offering consistent quality products that are easily available across cities and towns.

يعتمد مصنع الأمل للمواد الغذائية على مواد خام منتقاة بعناية، مع تطبيق إجراءات رقابة داخلية على مراحل الإنتاج والتعبئة والتخزين، لضمان وصول المنتج إلى المستهلك بالجودة المتوقعة. Al-Amal Food Factory carefully selects raw materials and applies internal control procedures at production, packaging and storage stages, ensuring that products reach consumers with the expected quality.
